Overview

Managers who are required to deliver results in a time compressed business environment are always on the lookout for additional skills to add to their portfolio. Workshop participants will have an opportunity to learn through lecture, discovery, small group exercise, case study and role play.

Pre-requisites

This workshop is ideally suited to the manager with some experience working with direct reports.  Managing 101 or experience managing others.
